VANCOUVER, BC- May 6, 2009, MIO Watch, the makers of the world's first watch to take an ECG accurate heart rate without a chest strap are excited to be a part of the world's largest video sharing site, YouTube. With 15 minutes of video being uploaded every minute, YouTube is the third most visited site on the internet, only behind Google and Yahoo.

MIO heart rate monitor watches have been featured on a variety of television shows such as Dr.Phil, the View and CBS News. We have posted the videos to share with you; our customers, fans, and those interested in maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. The videos share stories about people's personal experiences with their MIO heart rate monitor watches and feature personal trainer/ nutritionist Robert Reames using the MIO Watch to help his client reach their health and fitness goals.

At MIO Watch we have embarked on a few new projects to increase our reach of customers on YouTube and help customers answer their "How to" questions via video. We are currently working on a series of instructional videos to assist you with the set up of your MIO watch. In addition to the new user centred instructional videos we will be posting, we are also working on an entertaining and inspiring piece about one individuals quest to train for a marathon in Vancouver.
