I really love the MIO Breeze.  I am addicted to spinning classes and find that using the heart rate monitor really helps my workouts.  I have a tendancy to be "overly enthusiastic" in the class and keeping my heart rate within the recommended guidelines is incredibly beneficial because it allows me to stay in a pretty intense range without over doing things.  I have recommended the watch to several people in the group, it's a Breeze!
